Copyright Policy

IconsFinder respects intellectual property rights and expects users and contributors to do the same. This policy explains ownership, permitted use, and reporting procedures.

1. Ownership

  • Each icon may be owned by its original author, library maintainer, or rights holder.
  • Third-party library trademarks and brand assets remain property of their respective owners.
  • Platform UI, code, and original editorial materials are owned by IconsFinder unless stated otherwise.

2. Usage Expectations

  • Users are responsible for complying with the license of each icon source.
  • Do not redistribute copyrighted assets in violation of source licenses.
  • Do not remove attribution where attribution is legally required.

3. Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on IconsFinder infringes your copyright, send a notice to [email protected] with:

  • Your full legal name and contact details.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work.
  • Exact URL(s) of allegedly infringing content.
  • A statement of good-faith belief and authority to act.

4. Response Process

We review valid notices promptly and may remove or disable content while the claim is assessed. Repeat offenders may lose access to admin or upload capabilities.
